The '''Regal Machine''' is a boss in ''[[Make a Good Mega Man Level 3]]'', serving as the boss of the [[Wily Stadium]] stage [[Chaos Assault]]. The design of the Regal Machine is based on the Life Virus from the ''Mega Man Battle Network'' sub-series, with the Nebula logo on its forehead.

After [[Mega Man]] and [[Dr. Wily]] destroy his Regal Fortress, [[Doctor Reginald Regal|Dr. Regal]] confronts Mega Man in his machine, angrily ranting that Mega Man and Dr. Wily both cheated by teaming up against him. The battle with the Regal Machine marks the end of Dr. Regal's presence in the main story, as he makes no further appearances until [[Tier X (MaGMML3)|the Grey Isles]] are unlocked.

==Battle==
Throughout the fight, the boss is constantly walking to the left, requiring Mega Man to continue moving leftward as well.

A noteworthy feature of the boss is that all of its attacks, including contact with the boss, only deal 1 point of damage to Mega Man.
===Phase 1===
The Regal Machine randomly performs the following attacks:
* The Regal Machine will summon three Mini Regal Machines who run from the right side of the screen to the left. These can be destroyed with a single [[Mega Buster]] shot.
* The antenna on the Regal Machine will fire a spray of sparks to the left side of the screen that gradually gets closer to the Regal Machine, then uses a Dark Sword to hit in front of itself.
* The Regal Machine will stomp one of its feet into the ground, creating a shockwave of three rocky pillars.

After its health is depleted, it loses its arms and transitions into its next phase.

===Phase 2===
The Regal Machine randomly performs the following attacks:
* The Regal Machine will fire a massive laser beam just above Mega Man's head. Three puffs of smoke will come out at set points of the beam, followed by three damaging rings appearing at those positions.
* The Regal Machine will shoot three bubbles that move across the screen, periodically hopping off the ground.
* The Regal Machine will summon three flaming meteors that target Mega Man's position at the time they were summoned. These meteors fall one at a time and can be destroyed with a single Mega Buster shot.

After being defeated, Dr. Regal will attempt to continue the fight in his "Regal Capsule", but the Regal Capsule will be destroyed before the battle can start by the [[Wily Jet]] firing its laser cannon into it.
