Submarine Flier is an enemy from Mega Man 6. It is a submarine robot created for use in both airborne and aquatic environments.

Submarine Flier was first available with the devkit for Make a Good Mega Man Level 2, where it appeared in the entry Chomp Man, as well as the Pit of Pits sublevels "Clouded Judgement" and "Paradrop".

Behavior

Submarine Fliers fly in a small sine wave, covered by a cloud disguise. They reveal themselves and drop downward when at least one of four criteria is filled; they get close enough to Mega Man, he deals enough damage to them beforehand, they touch a wall, or they make contact with water. Once revealed, they swim (or fly, if no water is present) after Mega Man, occasionally lobbing small projectiles in an arc at him.
