The Guts Hover is a gimmick from Mega Man IV, found in Bright Man's stage. It is a flying platform mecha built to resemble Guts Man's face.

Guts Hovers were introduced in the Megamix Engine, and as such were present in the devkits for Make a Good Mega Man Level 3 and Make a Good 48 Hour Mega Man Level. Its true debut in Make a Good Mega Man Level: Episode Zero was a little more humble; it only appeared on Floor 4's hub in Null and Void.

Behavior

Guts Hovers fly in place until Mega Man steps on them, at which point they will fly forwards in one direction while gradually descending. Jumping off them halts them in their tracks, but allows them to fly back up to their original height. If a Guts Hover touches spikes, it will be destroyed (often spelling bad news for Mega Man).
