- "Honestly, this is probably the cleanest sewer I've ever seen. The water is at least an okay color."
- ―Dust Man, Make a Good Mega Man Level 2
Dust Man is a Robot Master from Mega Man 4. Dr. Cossack created him as a sanitation robot with a powerful vacuum, but this caught the attention of Dr. Wily, who upgraded Dust Man into a combat robot. Not only does he use his strong vacuum to pull in enemies, but he can also fire compacted scrap in the form of the Dust Crusher from it.
He makes an appearance in Make a Good Mega Man Level 2 as an NPC in Tier 2, standing between Wily Tower and Airflow Hubble.
Dust Man is among the many devkit bosses present in the Megamix Engine, and was thus available in all games using it. The first MaGMML game to use Dust Man was Make a Good Mega Man Level: Episode Zero, as a boss in Null and Void, found at the end of Makaibros's room on Floor 3. He also appears in Make a Good 48 Hour Mega Man Level as the boss of A Waste of Space, Combustible Alien Variable Events, and Into the Furnace. The same game also features him briefly in Robot Recycling Center, albeit downgraded to a minor enemy who dies in one hit.
In Make a Good Mega Man Level 3, Dust Man appears as a boss in the entries A piece of cake, but with aesthetics, Rec Man (as part of the Remnant Rumble), and Pick Your Poison. He also appears in the NEO Pit of Pits sublevel "You Have Fail'd Me", as a downgraded minor enemy alongside Toad Man and Dyna Man. Outside of his use as an active threat, he can be found as an NPC in Tier 2. He also appears in the Megamix Engine's Example Game, replacing Pharaoh Man in the fifth Wily stage if the difficulty is set to Hard.

Battle
Dust Man will randomly use one of three attacks:
- Jump forward.
- Fire a cube of trash. The cube will split diagonally into four smaller pieces of trash when it's directly above, below, or on top of Mega Man.
- Use his vacuum to suck Mega Man towards him, stopping prematurely if Mega Man makes contact with him. Dust Man is invincible for the duration of the attack, and the force and length of the suction can be modified using creation code (with negative force meaning the attack will push Mega Man away from Dust Man instead).
