- "It's a giant Springer/Spring head that launches missiles from its head. The missiles can be destroyed"
- ―Note in Giant Springer's code, Megamix Engine
Giant Springer is an enemy from Mega Man 3. It is a variant of Spring Head that is larger and can fire missiles, but is also slower and susceptible to more attacks.
Giant Springer is included in the Megamix Engine, and appeared as an enemy in the devkits for all games built with it. Of these, Make a Good 48 Hour Mega Man Level was the first to use Giant Springer, in the entry Cornerstone to Dominate. It went on to appear in Make a Good Mega Man Level 3; both in the entries Hunter Tower and The Warped Void, and the NEO Pit of Pits sublevels "Flipside Pit" and "Magnetic Rocket".

Behavior
Giant Springers will move towards Mega Man, occasionally stopping to prepare a missile, and fire it if a missile has not already been fired. When it gets close enough to Mega Man, it will release its spring, flailing its head back and forth until Mega Man gets further away from it.
