The Slash Claw (スラッシュクロー Surasshu Kurō) is Slash Man's Special Weapon from Mega Man 7. It allows Mega Man to swing his arm to generate a crescent-shaped beam of energy straight forward. It is a short range weapon, but the slashes are very effective against smaller enemies.
In Mega Man 10, the Weapons Archive uses the Slash Claw when it uploads Slash Man's data file.
Make a Good Mega Man Level 2
For Make a Good Mega Man Level 2, the Slash Claw was voted to appear as one of the weapons. Unlike in Mega Man 7, the weapon has the ability to pierce shielded enemies, deal repeated hits against enemies without hit invulnerability, and cut enemies it defeats into two.
Megamix Engine
As with the majority of MaGMML weapons, the Slash Claw is included with the Megamix Engine, with little to no changes in functionality.
