The Slash Claw (スラッシュクロー Surasshu Kurō) is Slash Man's Special Weapon from Mega Man 7. It allows Mega Man to swing his arm to generate a crescent-shaped beam of energy straight forward. It is a short range weapon, but the slashes are very effective against smaller enemies.
In Mega Man 10, the Weapons Archive uses the Slash Claw when it downloads Slash Man's data file.

Make a Good Mega Man Level 2
The Slash Claw is one of the weapons that was voted to appear in Make a Good Mega Man Level 2, receiving the most votes in the Powerhouse category. Unlike in Mega Man 7, the weapon has the ability to pierce shielded enemies, deal repeated hits against enemies without hit invulnerability, and cut enemies it defeats into two.

Trivia
- In MaGMML2, if the Slash Claw is used at the edge of the screen, the animation ends early and you become unable to move. This can be fixed by jumping.
