Note Woman is a Robot Master from Make a Good Mega Man Level 3, found at the end of her namesake level in Tier X. She is a robot who attacks using large musical notes, primarily using them to form a barrier around herself.
Battle
Note Woman will start by forming a shield of five notes and running back and forth across the arena, jumping whenever Mega Man shoots. If one of the shield notes is hit, it will leave Note Woman and head towards Mega Man horizontally while following his Y-position, either requiring sliding under them or a well-timed jump to avoid them.
