Skullmet is an enemy from Mega Man 4. It is a robot with a durable back shaped like a skull.
Skullmet was first made available in the devkit for the original Make a Good Mega Man Level, where it appeared in the Wily stages Cannon Deck and Flashback Database (in Make a Good Mega Man Level Remastered, however, it only appears in those stages' Old Style versions).
Skullmet returned in Make a Good Mega Man Level 2, where it appeared in the entry Escape Sequence, as well as the Tier X stage Goblins n' Ghasts and the Pit of Pits sub-level "Chilled to the Bone". It also appeared in the Make a Good Mega Man Level: Episode Zero stage Lost Valley, and the Make a Good 48 Hour Mega Man Level entries Wily Station and Central Computer.
In Make a Good Mega Man Level 3, Skullmet was used in the entries A piece of cake, but with aesthetics, Teetering Over the Edge, Skull Secret Zone, and Ruins of a Forbidden Kingdom.

Behavior
Skullmets will sit in one place, periodically firing projectiles in an arc. A Skullmet's back will deflect most attacks, but its front will not.
