Frank is an enemy from Make a Good Mega Man Level 3. It is a floating pink turret enemy that consistently rotates its turrets after firing. Frank was created for the entry Cassette Man, but made further appearances in the Shrine of Nebula room "Shift Posting 2: The Shift Hits the Fan". It also acts as a replacement for the Rush Jet when the Cassette Man costume is active.

Behavior

Frank will always float in place, firing bullets in whichever directions its two turrets face (either up-and-down, or left-and-right), then rotating the turrets 90 degrees before firing again.
