Water Ducts is the 1st Wily Star II stage in Make a Good Mega Man Level 2. It was created by SnoruntPyro.

Overview

The main mechanics of the level is from multiple different Mario level contest levels (like the slamming water), including some of the boss' attacks. It also utilizes enemies as obstacles that you can't get rid of, like Spiky Situation.

The stage's boss is Mecha Bubble Man, with Pyro's signature "random boss in a ride armour" aesthetic.

Strategy

Utilize the utilities if you find a jump that's hard to time with the slamming water, Mecha Bubble's weakness is Hornet Chaser.

Trivia

This stage is based on the level "Subterranean Canal", an entry into the ninth Vanilla Level Design Contest (VLDC9 for short) created by Worldpeace. The exact same music was used for Water Ducts and the gimmick with the smashing water was executed in a similar way.
