Shield Cannopeller is an enemy from Make a Good Mega Man Level 2. It is an orange Cannopeller with a shield in front of its cannon. Though it was created for Conveyor Mayhem, it also appears in the Wily stage Reality Core, the Tier X stage Wily Fortress VR, and in Null and Void.
Behavior
Shield Cannopellers float up and down, through unlike regular Cannopellers, it does not fire projectiles. Instead, it deflects incoming shots with its front-mounted shield, protecting it from most. Though they always face Mega Man (preventing him from attacking their unshielded backs), he can still destroy them if he attacks them from above with the Sakugarne, from below with the Wire Adaptor, or uses the Slash Claw, Wheel Cutter, or Force Beam to go through their shields.
