Cassette Man is a Robot Master originally designed by splendidland. He is a music-playing robot based on a cassette player, who can change his abilities by playing different music tapes. In Make a Good Mega Man Level 3, Cassette Man makes an appearance as the boss of his namesake level, and appears as an NPC at the top of Tier 15 after clearing the Wily Stadium. Additionally, he appears as an unlockable costume, unlocked after earning all fifteen Tier Ranks.

Battle
Cassette Man follows a preset pattern, which he will repeat after completing it:
- He leaps across the room while flinging a cassette at Mega Man, summons a guitar, jumps at Mega Man's current location, and fires three volleys of blue music notes from both sides. He will perform this attack twice in a row.
- He dashes towards Mega Man until he hits a wall, whereupon he ejects his blue cassette and inserts a red one.
- He leaps across the room while flinging another cassette, then jumps to the center of screen and starts floating. Here, he fires his Techno Laser, a large red laser that covers half of the arena. Particles will spawn on on either the left or right, depending on where it is set to appear.
