The Tornado Blow (トルネードブロウ Torunēdo Burou) is Tornado Man's Special Weapon from Mega Man 9. When used Mega Man summons multiple small tornadoes and an upward wind which can: blow away low health enemies, damage larger ones for 4 units of damage, activate propeller platforms and allows Mega Man to jump higher while active.
