Ombuds Man, much like his name implies, is a robot built to handle paperwork and affairs.

Ombuds Man is one of the eight robot masters. His stage takes place in an office building that either Mega Man or Mega Girl (Roll) must climb in order to reach the boss. His attacks consists of his signature move Paper Slash, which fires 3 simultaneous paper shots, one forward and two at 45 degree angles, and slamming his fist on the ground, producing falling debris from the ceiling.

Ombuds Man appears as the boss of Tier 2, the sewers. After a brief bit of dialogue with Mega Man, where he admits to not even knowing what an Ombuds is, calling it "an enigma of life", he challenges the player.

Ombuds Man's abilities have been significantly ramped up. In addition to retaining all his moves from Mega Man 42, he gained a good amount of new moves as listed below.

• Ombuds Man tosses a printer on the ground, which can be destroyed. This printer fires paper shots straight forward.
• Ombuds Man walks around and jumps, firing a single piece of paper forward.
• Ombuds Man fires a paper slash straight up. The sideways papers arc downwards. He proceeds to adjust his tie, and teleport to another location. When he teleports, a paper slash is fired to the left and right of him.

After defeat, he will appear at Chateau Chevaleresque as an NPC.

Other Notes		Destroying the falling debris can actually yield drops.

Trivia

His name is a reference to an ombudsman, an appointed official whose duty is to investigate complaints, generally on behalf of individuals such as consumers or taxpayers, against institutions such as companies and government departments.
