Sniper Man is a Robot Master in Make a Good Mega Man Level 3, who appears as the boss of Crosshair Aware, and appears as an NPC in Tier 13 after clearing the Wily Stadium. He utilises a buster in the form of a sniper rifle as his primary weapon
Battle
Sniper Man starts the battle by shooting three bullets straight, which explode on contact with any surface. Then, he will jump to the top of the arena, firing a bullet downwards and diagonally whilst then. After some time, he will fire three more bullets while airborne, this time aimed at Mega Man. Finally, he will land on the ground, hopping onto the other side of the arena, repeating the pattern.
Upon reaching 14 HP or less, Sniper Man will jump offscreen, causing four Crosshairs, similar to the one seem throughout the stage, to spawn at Mega Man’s current position (however, they don’t actively pursue him) in consecutive order, before exploding. This occurs three times before Sniper Man jumps back to the arena.
