Octosniper is a miniboss appearing in the Before Alterna sublevel of Make a Good Mega Man Level 3's final level, Shrine of Nebula. It is a tall, octopus-like creature sitting on top of a mouth-powered ink gun. It is directly based on the Splatoon enemy of the same name and shares similar functionality.

Behavior

Octosnipers have little behavior on their own, instead acting as a tangible source for Crosshair Aware's crosshair gimmick. When an Octosniper is destroyed, the crosshair disappears and it will drop two small Life Energy items.

Trivia

• The names of the Boss Gallery encounters with Octosnipers reference the Sanitised and Fuzzy variants of the Octosniper from Splatoon 2: Octo Expansion and Splatoon 3, respectively.
