The Tornado Blow (トルネードブロウ Torunēdo Burou) is Tornado Man's Special Weapon from Mega Man 9. Mega Man summons multiple small tornadoes and an upward wind which can: blow away low health enemies, damage larger ones for 4 units of damage, activate propeller platforms and allows Mega Man to jump higher while active.
Due to the high usage cost of Tornado Blow it is tied with Astro Crush for the third most expensive special weapon to use in the Classic series. It also is one of the few weapons that does not have enough energy to defeat the boss it is weak against, unless fired when they are jumping (though this requires frame precise timing).
