Minoan is an enemy from Mega Man 4. It is a bagworm-like robot designed for mowing lawns.

Minoan is included in the Megamix Engine, and was available as a devkit enemy in all games built with it. The first of these to use Minoan was Make a Good 48 Hour Mega Man Level, in the entry Caution: Moving Parts. It went on to appear in Make a Good Mega Man Level 3, in the entries Temple of Light and Dark, Bright Man Remix, Escape From the Wily City, and An Ice Cave in Russia, and the NEO Pit of Pits sublevels "Copse and Bobbers", "Game of Cricket", and "Refrigeration".

Behavior

Minoans will hide inside their blades while hanging from a string on the ceiling. The body cannot be hurt by most attacks in this state but the string can. If the string is destroyed (and the Minoan itself is not), the Minoan will drop down, open up, and begin spinning along the ground.
