From Make a Good Mega Man Level Contest
Hey, I’m wondering- does Man Man count as a minor character? I know it said characters who aren’t from the classic games, and technically Fully Charged is a different continuity, so… -Rhymove
I also said minor characters must "Play a small but notable role in the mythos of a submitted level or section of the main game's overworld." As far as I can tell, Man Man just makes a cameo, nothing more. Unless you can prove me wrong... he does not count. -TheKman100
