Wind is a generic gimmick in the Make a Good Mega Man Level series. It is an invisible wind that pushes Mega Man in the direction it is blowing.

Wind was first made available in the devkit for Make a Good Mega Man Level 2, and was used in the entry Orbital Station, and the Tier X stage Hardcore Parkour. It was also used in the Make a Good 24 Hour Mega Man Level entry Air Trick, and in the Make a Good Mega Man Level: Episode Zero levels Defeat the Giant Spear Man!, Wicked Waterworks, and Lily Airpad.

Behavior

Wind comes in four different objects, each one pointing in one of the four cardinal directions. When Mega Man is in an area covered by a Wind object, he will be pushed in the direction the wind is blowing as long as he isn't holding onto a ladder. Depending on the speed of the wind, he can either fight against it, or be pushed forwards no matter how much he tries. Despite the name, Wind's lack of special sounds or graphics makes it an ideal means of emulating certain mobility gimmicks; such as waterfalls that weigh Mega Man down, flowing rivers and water currents, or air escaping a vacuum.

By setting the "mySpeed" variable of a Wind object in creation code, the speed at which Mega Man will be pushed can be either raised or lowered.
