"Glooper" is an enemy from Rockman & Forte: Mirai Kara no Chousensha. It is a frog robot that spits green globs that immobilise its enemies.

Glooper was first made available with the Megamix Engine, and subsequently the devkits for Make a Good Mega Man Level 3 and Make a Good 48 Hour Mega Man Level.

Behavior

Glooper stands in place and periodically shoots green balls of goo straight ahead. If one such ball hits Mega Man, it will hinder his movement by making him walk slower and disabling his ability to jump, climb ladders, and slide. Additionally, it will damage him over time, requiring Mega Man to attack it constantly (which he will do instead of firing projectiles) to break free.
