"Snippscissor" is an enemy from Rockman & Forte: Mirai Kara no Chousensha. It is a floating robot built in the shape of a pair of scissors.
Snippscissor was first made available with the Megamix Engine, and subsequently the devkits for all games built with it. The first game to use Snippscissor was Make a Good 48 Hour Mega Man Level, in the levels Exoplanet Everest and Pandora's Parlor. In Make a Good Mega Man Level 3, absolutely no entries or sublevels used it, earning it an appearance in the Shrine of Nebula room "Cuts & Scraps".
Behavior
Snippscissors spin around while slowly travelling back and forth a number of pixels in each cardinal direction, in a rough plus-shaped pattern. By changing the values of the moveDistX and moveDistY variables in creation code, the maximum distance a Snippscissor can move in will change, allowing for a Snipscissor to only move left and right, or up and down.
